How to claim your rebate (5 quick steps)

1. Buy in person. Purchase any qualifying Liberty Safe or vault door at our store or a show booth between Oct 6–30, 2025.

2. Register your safe. After purchase, go to libertysafe.com and register your product (you’ll need your model and serial #).

3. Complete the rebate form. Use the form provided in store (or print from our site). Fill it out completely and sign.

4. Include proof of purchase. Attach a copy of your sales receipt.

5. Mail your packet. Send the signed form and receipt copy to:
   Liberty Safe, c/o Rebate Dept.
   1199 West Utah Ave., Payson, UT 84651
   Envelope must be postmarked by Dec 31, 2025.
